Vizag profiles group forayed into Real Estate & Construction activity to show case its capability in handling construction Projects. The group has built residential complexes namely Vizag Profile Towers at Kurmannapalem and Vizag Profiles Residency at NH-5, Marripalem.
The Group Company "VPL Projects Pvt. Ltd." has started Vizag's first gated community housing project under 100% private participation namely "Green City" during the year 2006 and completed the first phase of construction of 60 nos. of independent duplex villas (Premium & Deluxe villas). The second phase of construction of 36 villas ( Luxury Villas ) is now in progress and would be expected to be completed by March 2011.
The Company started construction of 3- Bed room luxury apartments - 64 nos. during May 2010 namely "Green City Heights". Also the group is planning to commence construction of 3- Bed room quality apartments - 80 nos. during July 2010 namely "Green City Towers".
